By adopting INOVANCE all-digital servo motors and Newdart high-precision reducers, the tool movement accuracy reaches the micrometer level. Compared with similar equipment, the pleat height error is reduced by 60%, and the pleat spacing error is controlled within ±0.3mm. Whether it is the fine pleats of automotive air conditioning filter elements or the large pleats and high demands of industrial dust removal filter bags, they can all be precisely presented, helping enterprises produce high-quality filter material products that meet the requirements of high-end customers.
