Description:
1. The raw material of all of the outdoor products including LED chips, mask, glue and steel cabinets have the ability of enduring high temperature and high humidity, and being anti-UV, waterproof, anticorrosion and antirust.
2. Every production process is well controlled and all of the electronic components are covered by 2mm Tri-Guard Lacquer to ensure no oxidation, no rusty and no moisture. Five-Guard Lacquer will be used for special requirements.
3. Large viewing angle, up to 140°horizontally and 140°vertically, with no image distortion and no color cast at any angle within this range.

4) Response time for maintenance :
1. Return mode: after receiving the returned products, we will repaired them within 24 hours and send them back to the user;
2. Telephone or internet mode: we will contact user within 2 hours after getting informations and give solution within 8 hours;
3. On-site mode: ( only for user inside china ) after receiving maintenance request , we will respond within 48 hours to user in Guangdong province; 72 hours to user outside Guangdong province, In the case of some special conditions , problems could be solved on the basis of friendly negotiation between two parties.
Upgrade Service :
Unschedule,we will upgrade our system of products without extra formal; we’ll do our best to help users with upgrading ; the following conditions are excluded by this warranty :
1. Without approved documents;
2. Series code on products having been torn or changed ;
3. Damage caused by lighting strike or electrical problems;
4. Risks caused by irresistible incidents includes all kinds of natural disasters, fire, wars, policy changes, and some other human error accidents.
5. Users or third party refit or repaired by themselves without VEGOO’s permission ;
6. Water intrusion or corrosion caused by improper keeping or operating ;
