Pneumatic Emergency Bottom Valve for Asphalt/Crude
Emergency cut-off valve also named bottom loading valve.It's installed at the bottomof the tank.The main of the valve was installed inside of the tank.When the pipeline or valve is accidentally broken or damaged,the tank can still be sealed.So this valve can improve the safety and reliability of transportation.The main material is carbon steel formed by welding.Its structure is simple,durable and easy to maintain.This emergency cut-off valve is suitable for tankers transporting asphalt/oil.
Feature:
1.The automatic limit function is turned on,and the unloading is efficient,and the maximum flow rate is 4000L/min.
2.It has independent air cylinder and pneumatic control.Use the soft axis controller to operate in manual mode.
3.When the bottom of the tanker is hit,the emergency cut-off groove automatically breaks to separate the tank from the bottom and become an independent closed tank to prevent liquid leakage.
