The Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporation system is a vacuum-based machine designed to concentrate and crystallize high-salinity or heat-sensitive solutions. By mechanically compressing secondary vapor and recycling it as the heating medium, the system achieves remarkable energy savings, low operating costs, and continuous stable performance.
Widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and salt industries, the MVR vacuum evaporator is suitable for brine concentration, salt crystallization, high-COD wastewater ZLD, pulp black liquor, and value-added product recovery.
Secondary vapor is mechanically compressed, raising its temperature and reusing latent heat as the main heating source.
