1. Introduction

Organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers have different shapes and sizes when forming fertilizer particles. In order to make the fertilizer particles look more beautiful, our company has specially developed organic fertilizer rounding machines, compound fertilizer rounding machines and other rounding machines.
The organic fertilizer rounding machine is a rounding device configured on the basis of the organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulator, so that the cylindrical particles can be rolled into a ball at a time, without returning material, high balling rate, good strength, beautiful and practical. The ideal equipment for making spherical particles of organic fertilizer (biological).
This machine is composed of two or more throwing cylinders arranged in sequence. The materials are discharged from the discharge port after centrifugal rounding for many times. The finished product has the same particle size, high density, roundness and smoothness, and the yield is as high as 95%.
The rounding machine uses chicken manure and other livestock manures as the main raw material to round organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compound fertilizer particles; to round off the biological organic fertilizer particles using grass ash, lignite, organic fertilizer sludge, straw, etc. as raw materials; Rounding of cake fertilizer particles with bean cake as the main raw material; rounding of various fertilizers and feed particles.
