DG-960/DG-1300G series automatic grooving machine is wide used for V type grooving on various hardcovers and rigid boxes, it is available to work on cardboard, grey board and wooden board.

This machine is with automatic correcting structure which is easy to change materials and non-adjustment on material convey structure. It is also with new structure on V slotting part which designed to avoid the damages of waggling.

It has automatic wastes collector and products collector to separate both of them easily.

A: One year. After the warranty, we still provide technical support to customer.

A: Normally about 3-10 days.

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free;

2} we support technical training online through videos or various online tools;

3) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay the round-trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?

A: We have stock for standard model. We need 10-20days for customized models.

Q9. How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A: We have the strictly quality control department, we must debug and test the machines, save and keep pictures and videos, and we have clear checklist for spare parts.

Q10. What’s the payment term?

A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
