Our Workshop
All the melting and holding furnaces are supplied by GAUTSCHI (Switzerland)
1+1+4 hot rolling mills and 1+5 hot rolling mills from SMS Group (Germany).
6 sets of cold rolling mills from SMS Group (Germany) ......

2) We specialize in high-quality aluminum alloy coils, with key grades such as 1050, 1060,
1100, 3003, 3004, 3104, 5052 and 6061.
3) We follow clear internal management and standardized processes to keep our production
smooth, efficient, and well-organized.
Automatic Aluminum Coil Wrapping Machine
1) Less manual work, faster and easier packaging.
2) Accurate control for neat, consistent wrapping every time.
3) Tightly wrapped coils stay secure and are easy to transport.
By using the Automatic Aluminum Coil Wrapping Machine, we wrap coils more quickly and neatly.
It helps us protect the aluminum from scratches and moisture, and saves much time and labors.
This way, we can make sure that your products get the optimal protection against moisture.
All Automatic Three-dimensional Elevated Warehouse
♦ Smart Storage: it can automatically handles high-temperature coils from hot and cold rolling,
monitoring their temperature at the same time.
♦ Automated Transport: automated coil transport cars smoothly plan their routes based on
production needs.
♦ Flexible Handling: all the coils are efficiently and flexibly delivered to the next production stage.
Alloy Ingot Storage Area
This area is used to store different types of alloy ingots.
Materials are neatly stacked for easy tracing and handling, ready for use before rolling.
Ocean Shipping
1) We use cushioning materials between the coil and wall, tighten everything with specialized
lashing straps.
2) We place non-slip wooden blocks under each coil to prevent any movement during the shipping.
3) We also put many desiccants in the container, to protect the cargo from the moisture.
This is standardized operating process for every container.
