Therefore, this plating method is particularly suitable for various strong acid, alkali mist and other highly corrosive environments.

1.Uniform Zinc Coating
By galvanizing the steel sheets or coils prior to forming the cable tray structure, the zinc coating is applied evenly across the entire surface, including hard-to-reach areas like corners and welds. This results in a more consistent and thorough corrosion protection for pre-galvanized cable trays.
2.A thick and dense pure zinc layer covers the surface of the steel, which can prevent the steel substrate from coming into contact with any corrosive solution and protect the steel substrate from corrosion. In the general atmosphere, a thin and dense layer of zinc oxide is formed on the surface of the zinc layer, which is difficult to dissolve in water and therefore plays a certain protective role on the steel substrate. If zinc oxide forms insoluble zinc salts with other components in the atmosphere, the anti-corrosion effect is more ideal.
