Product Description
Galvanized steel strip is processed by ordinary steel strip pickling, galvanizing, packaging and other processes. It is widely used because of its good corrosion resistance.
Main production process
Phase I
The whole coil of strip steel shall be pickled, derusted and decontaminated to achieve a bright and clean surface.
Phase II
After pickling, it is cleaned by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip plating tank for hot galvanizing.
Phase III
After the strip steel is galvanized, it shall be coiled and put into storage. The galvanized layer can be no less than 500g/m2 according to the customer's requirements, and any sample shall be no less than 480g/m2.
