Embroidery Stabilizer Cold PVA Water Soluble Film
It is a new type of environmental protection packaging material processed by special process and can be rapidly degraded by natural factors (H2O). It can be rapidly self denatured, decomposed and degraded into low molecular compounds through the action of natural factors (H2O), and can improve the land. Therefore, it is a new type of environmental protection packaging material. It has been recognized by environmental departments in Europe, America, Japan and other countries. Because of its environmental protection characteristics, it has been widely valued by developed countries in the world. Large foreign companies in pesticide, chemical and other industries have widely used water-soluble film to package their products.
Product characteristics
(1) It is water-soluble and soluble in cold water. The water-soluble speed can be designed and selected, non-toxic and pollution-free.
(2) Anti static water-soluble film is an anti-static film. Different from other plastic films, it has good anti-static performance. In the process of packaging products with water-soluble film, it will not reduce its plasticity and electrostatic dust adhesion due to static electricity.
(3) Moisture and gas transmittance. The water-soluble film has strong permeability to water and ammonia, but has good barrier to oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide. These characteristics make it possible to keep the ingredients and original smell of the packaged products intact.
(4) Heat sealing water-soluble packaging film has good heat sealing performance and is suitable for resistance heat sealing and high-frequency heat sealing. The heat sealing strength is related to temperature, humidity, pressure, time and other conditions, generally greater than 200g / cm2.
(5) Mechanical properties. Mechanical properties of water-soluble packaging film: strength modulus 2500 ~ 400kg / cm2, tear force 200 ~ 50kg / cm2, elongation 150 ~ 220%.
(6) Oil resistance and chemical resistance water-soluble packaging film has good oil resistance (vegetable oil, animal oil, mineral oil), fat resistance, resistance to organic solvents and carbohydrates, but strong alkali, strong acid, chlorine free radical and other substances that can react with PVA, such as borax, boric acid, some dyes, etc. It is recommended not to package such substances with water-soluble film.
