Product description of tomato processing plant
A tomato processing line can produce various types of products starting from fresh tomatoes. Popular products like tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato puree are produced on a tomato juice processing line, which transforms fresh tomatoes into finished products packaged in sterile drums.
The production line mainly consists of a fresh tomato receiving system, cleaning system, sorting system, crushing system, pulp refining system, filtering system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system. Afterwards, tomato sauce can be obtained by placing sterile bags into the drum.
