Product Description:
The LK-T63 aluminum foil container machine is built for stable, long-term production, with a focus on reliable structure and proper lubrication. It adopts a C-frame heavy-duty body and uses a dedicated lithium based ester oil lubrication system to reduce abrasion, keep moving parts running smoothly, and extend service life.
This model is specially designed for 3-cavity molds, making it highly suitable for manufacturing small and medium-size aluminum foil containers. The whole line operates fully automatically, including decoiler 950/1450, main press unit, mold lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet, and 3-ways stacker. Only one operator is needed for daily running, which helps lower labor cost.
The lithium based ester lubrication system provides stable and effective protection for key transmission components. This reduces maintenance frequency and ensures consistent performance even under 24-hour continuous working conditions.
