CONFICURACIÓN
La máquina de hielo en bloque de refrigeración directa de aluminio también se denomina máquina de hielo en bloque de refrigeración directa, máquina de hielo de refrigeración rápida directa (máquina de hielo en bloque). El principio es utilizar el canal de refrigeración especialmente diseñado de la caja de fabricación de hielo para llevar a cabo la circulación del refrigerante a baja temperatura, con el fin de enfriar rápidamente el agua en la caja y realizar la fabricación de hielo rápido.
Adopta un diseño modular
La máquina de hielo en bloque de refrigeración directa de gran capacidad se divide en máquina modular, evaporador modular y refrigeración exterior modular, conveniente para transportar e instalar.
Tecnología de refrigeración automática
La descongelación del hielo y el despacho de hielo son totalmente automáticos. El hielo se descongela por lotes y todo el proceso de descongelación sólo tarda 25 minutos.
ESPECIFICACION DEL PRODUCTO
Máquina modular: incluye compresor, depósito de líquido, condensador de refrigeración por agua, tubería de refrigeración, válvula, caja de control, etc. Modular de refrigeración exterior: torre de refrigeración de agua, condensador de refrigeración de aire, condensador evaporativo. Suelen colocarse en el exterior. Evaporador modular: los módulos del evaporador se dividen en uno o varios tamaños según el tamaño del evaporador.
