Description
The cable construction involves placing the fibers within a high modulus plastic loose tube, which is then filled
with a water-resistant compound. In the core's center, a Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) acts as a non-metallic
strength member. Surrounding this strength member, the tubes and fillers are stranded to form a compact and
circular core. Once the cable core is filled with the compound for water protection, the cable is finalized with a
PE sheath.
