Description of Fire extinguishing agent

IG100 uses nitrogen with a 100% nitrogen content as the extinguishing agent, fully integrating the design concept of the new era fire extinguishing system, making the product successfully equipped with environmental protection and efficient fire extinguishing functions. It has the characteristics of protecting the Earth's ecological environment, ensuring safe and hygienic visibility, and avoiding contamination caused by fire extinguishing agents. Nitrogen can be separated from air and produced from a wide range of sources, with low filling costs. The fire extinguishing mechanism is to dilute the oxygen in the combustion zone, achieving the purpose of suffocation fire extinguishing.

Fire extinguishing mechanism:Usually, when the oxygen concentration in the air drops below 15%, combustion cannot continue. The IG100 fire extinguishing system reduces the oxygen concentration in the air to around 12.5% to extinguish the fire. As the oxygen concentration is much lower than 15%, the IG100 system can quickly achieve the purpose of extinguishing the fire.

• The opening area of the pressure-relief device is reduced. the input cost of the pressure-relief device is directly reduced, and the safety buckle is installed and arranged more simply.
• Nitrogen fire extinguishing system(IG-100) can be widely used to make rapid response to fire, protect staffs on sites, sudden fire, important places sensitive to chemical reaction and effectively protect the safety of personnel and property.
• As a fire extinguishing agent, nitrogen is not a mixed product. It can be directly extracted from the air and has low maintenance and filling costs. Additionally, there are no chemical reagent residues that may exist in the mixed gas, making it safe and reliable. Due to filling an inert gas without the need for secondary pressurization, filling is simple and fast, which can shorten the production and processing cycle of the product.
