The Portable Coal Gas Analyzer KGD - MQ - 513 adopts non - dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, long - life electrochemical sensing technology, and MEMS - based thermal conductivity technology. It can simultaneously measure the calorific values of coal gas and biogas, as well as the volume concentrations of gases such as CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ.

Product Features

Simultaneously measures gas components and calorific values: It can simultaneously measure the volume concentrations of gases such as CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ, and automatically calculate and display the calorific values of coal gas and natural gas, replacing the combustion - type calorific value meter.
High measurement accuracy: No cross - interference among multi - component measured gases: CₙHₘ has no interference on the measurement result of CH₄, and CO, CO₂, and CH₄ have no interference on the measurement result of H₂. It is less affected by the outside world, and the change of gas sampling flow has no impact on the measurement result of the H₂ thermal conductivity sensor. Measuring the volume concentration of CₙHₘ ensures the accuracy of the calorific values of gases such as coke oven gas, mixed gas, producer gas, and straw gas.
Portable body design: Easy to carry, it can meet the needs of both on - site industrial measurement and laboratory airbag sampling analysis.
Intelligent power management: Soft - start power switch and intelligent battery power management avoid the instrument from operating under low - power conditions.
Simple data management: Automatically stores measurement data, with query and deletion functions, and can transmit data to the superior centralized control system through multiple interfaces.
