The KSLV605 Food grade capacitor level switch is a remarkable device designed to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry. It offers a flexible measuring range, with a standard option spanning from 10cm to 300cm, while a compact version covers 5cm to 40cm, catering to diverse application scenarios. Its precision is top-notch, achieving accuracies of ±0.5%, ±1%, and ±2% in the compact model. The capacitance detection range from 10PF to 500PF ensures sensitive and accurate sensing. Boasting an IP67 protection grade, it is well-protected against dust and water ingress. It can handle pressures from -0.1Mpa to 32Mpa and temperature extremes, with the probe operating between -60℃ and 200℃, and even customizable to -200℃ for ultra-low or 800℃ for high-temperature applications. The ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ further broadens its usability. Multiple output options such as RS485, 4 - 20mA, 0 - 10V, and switching values are available, along with suitable power supply voltages of 5 - 36V DC and 12 - 36V DC for analog output. Constructed from food-safe materials like 304/316 stainless steel and PTFE, it guarantees no contamination. With excellent long - term stability of <0.1%FS/year and minimal temperature drift of <0.1%FS/℃, and an ExibIICT6 explosion - proof grade, it provides reliable and safe operation.
