KQ6IMU100 is a cutting-edge inertial measurement module that has been developed using Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) technology. It allows for the precise measurement of the carrier's angular velocity and acceleration data in all directions.

MEMS are microscopic devices or systems that integrate various components such as micro-sensors, micro-actuators, micro-mechanical structures, micro-power and micro-energy, signal processing and control circuits, as well as high-performance electronic integrated devices, interfaces and communications. They function as independent and intelligent systems that can be mass-produced and are typically a few millimeters or even smaller in size, with their internal structure generally in the order of microns or nanometers.

MEMS devices are used in a plethora of everyday products and applications, including accelerometers, optical sensors, pressure sensors, gyroscopes, humidity sensors, gas sensors, and various integrated products.
