Introduction
The ROB100 series tilt sensor, engineered by Xi'an Kacise Optical Co., Ltd., is a cost-effective MEMS-based device specifically designed for measuring the angle between the measured surface and the horizontal plane. Embedded with an MCU control system, this sensor ensures temperature compensation throughout its operational temperature range (-45°C~+85°C). To enhance precision, the sensor undergoes two rounds of nonlinearity correction.
In the case of the dual-axis tilt sensor variant, the ROB100 employs a sophisticated calculation method based on the pitch and roll angles, as defined by the inertial navigation system. This approach transcends a simple mechanical combination of two axes, catering to diverse measurement requirements across various control fields.
Operating on the principle of sensitive earth gravity, the sensor provides real-time output of the current attitude angle concerning the horizontal plane.
