FS45B floor scrubber - the perfect combination of industrial-grade cleaning performance and humanized design
As a new generation of full-scenario floor cleaning solutions, the FS45B floor scrubber adopts an ergonomic walking design, which is particularly suitable for deep cleaning of large hard floors in supermarkets, workshops, airports, etc. The whole machine is equipped with a Tool-Free intelligent quick-installation system: core components can be replaced without any tools, greatly improving maintenance efficiency.
The equipment can achieve an amazing cleaning efficiency of 2,000 square meters per hour, which is equivalent to the cleaning task of a standard football field being completed in 1.5 hours. The innovative triple cleaning matrix includes: ① High-strength nylon roller brush with the dynamic supercharging system that can generate 30kg/cm² brush plate pressure, easily breaking down floor oil and stubborn stains; ② The water-absorbing rubber strip is made of military-grade rubber material, which has impact resistance and corrosion resistance, and is designed with an adjustable angle of 0-15° to ensure perfect water collection effect in various floor conditions; ③ The ultra-large sewage tank is equipped with an LED status indicator, with an ultra-large capacity of 55L, combined with an arc-shaped splash-proof diversion structure, to achieve a sewage recovery rate of over 98%.
In terms of operating experience, FS45B is equipped with an 80V/25Ah brand power battery pack, which supports 8 hours of continuous operation. The specially designed noise reduction module controls the working volume within 65dB, and the biomechanical body structure reduces the turning radius of the equipment to 0.8 meters. From sugar stain cleaning in food factories to oil stain treatment in garages, FS45B redefines industrial cleaning standards with military-grade quality.
