Horizontal furnace:

Scope of application: It is suitable for load-bearing and non-load-bearing components such as walls, beams, columns, floor, ceilings and roofs, and other structures, accessories or structures can be used as references. This testing machine is suitable for the test of all components of GB/T9978.1~9 and ISO834-1~9 standards.

Technical Parameters:

1. Instrument composition: refractory test furnace, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system and pressure measurement and control system.

2. Refractory test furnace: It is a vertical test furnace with an inner size of 4.5m (length), × 3.5m (depth) × 1.25m (height).

3. Furnace structure: steel structure frame is adopted, the furnace wall is built with refractory bricks in the middle of the steel structure frame, and the inner side of the furnace wall is made of high-temperature resistant thermal insulation material, with a density greater than 1000kgpm3. 4. Temperature measurement system:

1. Thermocouple in the furnace: The furnace adopts K-type nickel-chromium-nickel-chromium thermocouple with a wire diameter of 2.0mm in accordance with GB/T 16839.1, the outer cover is heat-resistant stainless steel pipe sleeve, and the middle is filled with heat-resistant materials, and the length of the hot end protruding sleeve is not less than 25mm, a total of 5 pieces, and the temperature accuracy is <± 15 °C.

2. Temperature measurement of the back fire surface: using a thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5MM, welding at a thickness of 0.2MM and a diameter of 12MM
