High-Precision Cutting System
Vertical Cutting Mechanism:Driven by a servo motor or stepper motor, the vertical tool holder is equipped with cemented carbide blades or circular knives to
achieve high-speed and stable vertical cutting, ensuring a smooth, burr-free incision.
Cutting accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, maintaining consistency in filter element height and avoiding sealing issues caused by dimensional deviations.
Adjustable Cutting Speed:Adjustable in real-time (typically 5-30 cuts/minute) based on pleated paper thickness (e.g., 20-100μm) and production efficiency
needs, balancing efficiency and precision.
Automatic Feeding and Positioning System
