Round Split Filter Bag Cage With Venturi For Pulse Dust Collectors
The function of filter bag cage:
The filter bag cage is also called the dust bag cage , and the material is divided into silicone, plastic spray, galvanized, stainless steel, etc. The filter bag cage adopts a circular or elliptical structure. The longitudinal ribs and anti-stretching rings of the filter bag cage are evenly distributed, and have sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent damage and deformation. And protect the safety of the filter bag mouth when blowing. The filter bag cage is formed by a professional production line at one time, which not only ensures the straightness and distortion, but also is smooth and burr-free after butt welding, and has sufficient strength to prevent de-soldering, de-soldering, virtual welding and missing welding.
The filter bag cage adopts spraying technology, and the coating is firm, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which avoids the rust of the skeleton surface and the bonding of the filter bag after the dust collector works for a period of time, ensures the smooth bag change, and reduces the damage to the bag during the bag change process.
What is a venturi? How does it work?
The venturi (or diffuser) is part of some pulsed jet collectors. Introduce compressed air into the center of the filter. If the venturi is damaged or worn, the compressed air will not be able to reach the velocity needed to effectively clean the filter bag. This airflow is used in the filtration system to maintain high filtration efficiency.
