PTFE is a kind of macromolecule compound with stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, especially better acid resistance, almost complete chemical inertia, and will expand only when exposed to fluorinated hydrocarbons; high temperature resistance, below 300 ℃ The physical and chemical properties are stable, and unstable activity occurs when the temperature is higher than 300 °C; the PTFE material has the smallest surface tension among solid materials, and hardly adheres to any substances. Due to the high price of this material, PTFE is seldom used in the bags, but is used for filter material coating technology and impregnation. During the production of the film, in order to ensure the proper thickness and control the air permeability, additives of other components are also added. , the actual use temperature of the dust filter bag should be controlled below 260 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 280 ~ 290 ℃, this temperature even exceeds the ideal operating temperature of the general electrostatic precipitator.
