Fiberglass fabric is a high strength woven fabric in plain or others weave. It is heat resistant and flame resistant. In order to meet different applications, it usually be impregnated with different coatings like silicon, PU, PVC and PTFE. Among them, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), also called PTFE compound, is a high temperature coated cloth with food grade and non stick coating surface. This PTFE fabric treatment is with properties like high temp insulation, chemical agents resistance, corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient. This non stick material can be used in many fields. 

The basic fibre fabric cloth is able to be used from -50 to 550℃. And PTFE coating can resist a temperature from -50 to 260℃ continuously. What's more, fiber glass cloth is an eco-friendly and recyclable material which is without pollution .

This 0.12mm PTFE coated glass fabric is made of plain weave fiberglass fabric which final weight with coating is 230g/m2. With coating PTFE, this fabric is easy to clean by soapy water. And its final products can be washed by dishwasher. Very convenient!

Food grade PTFE coating is FDA approved which is totally non toxic and odorless during continuous heating. Common thicknesses of baking mat are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm.
