It is an high density fiberglass cloth. Fiberglass cloth provides high tensile strength and high temperature resistance at the same time, it is a ideal mateirial for electronics application. 200g/m2 7628 electronic fiber glass fabric is suitable for a wide range of applications, particularly when used for printed circuit boards.
This 7628 fiberglass cloth is durable, fire resistance and electrical properties in stable physical properties, which make it be used widely in high pressure laminates for printed circuit boards
