1200℃ 1.3mm Fireproof Heavt duty Fiberglass Fabric High Silica Cloth

Fiberglass high silica cloth is fiberglass fabric with more than 96% silica (SiO2). The softening point of this fabric is close to 1700℃.

Silica fabric is fiberglass fabric which is treated to be with excellent fire protection. Especially it has superior resistance to molten metal splash/spatter. So it is a very suitable fabric for hot work welding protection and an ideal materials for cutting operations. Because of its production process, Unionfull's silica cloth provides improved chemical corrasion and abrasion resistance (as they have a special finish). Besides, silica cloth has low heat capacity / thermal conductivity.

This silica cloth has a high content of SiO2, so it provides excellent protection in high temperature work environments. High silica fabric can be used for welding/ fire protective blankets, protection curtains, duct connectors, gasket materials in valves controlling the molten alloys and so on.

Weave type of this 1200g fabric is Satin 12HS, 600g can be 8HS.

Color we have white and light brown.

Common width is 91.44cm and 100cm.
