Our needle-punched non woven felt is a versatile, high-performance acoustic material supplied in convenient rolls or sheets. Made from 100% polyester fibers mechanically interlocked through needle punching, this felt contains no chemical binders, resins, or toxic additives. The dense, porous structure delivers an NRC of up to 0.85, effectively absorbing mid and high-frequency sound to reduce echo and reverberation. With a soft, textile-like feel and clean, dimensionally stable edges, it can be easily cut with scissors or a utility knife into any shape or size you need—perfect for custom acoustic panels, wall linings, furniture wrapping, and craft projects. The material is breathable, non-irritating, and free from fiberglass. Available in a wide range of thicknesses (5mm–20mm) and colors, it serves as the foundational acoustic layer for countless DIY, commercial, and industrial applications.
