12 months warranty for machines. During warranty, we provide free replacement parts (circuit boards) while broken parts should be returned.

What are your product advantages?
One-year guarantee service (excluding nozzles, third-party ink systems, and human damage). Due to our consumables industry nature, we don't support unconditional refunds.
Does your sublimation ink have clogging issues?
Our sublimation/DTF ink works with EPSON and Ricoh print heads. With particles < 0.2μm, there's no clogging. Our inks have received excellent customer feedback worldwide.
