Manure removal system
White PP manure belt(thickness: 1mm/1.2mm). Not easy to stretch and deform, with
long service life. The distance between the top mesh and the manure belt is 13-15cm.
The chickens can not peck at the manure belt.
Farmrob’s innovative manure removal system delivers exceptional performance. The
system effectively eliminates the problem of off-track belt while substantially lowering
equipment failure rates.
The driven plastic nylon spiral roller actively prevents manure accumulation, ensuring
smooth operation. Burr-free Al-Zn-Mg alloy brackets can withstand heavy manure loads
without deformation and not scratch the manure belt. The curved design of the bracket
ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure falling onto the cage net.
Incorporate a multi-tier integrated control mechanism for the manure
scraper.Polyurethane double scrapers can clean the manure more effectively.
Back manure conveyor: Features a 7mm thick manure belt and an alloy frame that is
rust-proof and deformation-resistant. Effectively transports manure to collection trucks
or processing facilities.
The fully automated operation significantly reduces labor requirements while minimizing
infection risks through consistent waste removal.
