Main Special Features:

1) This machine is one of the most advanced equipment with the function of fully automatic welding. We developed a unique and excellent logic control frequency accuracy, wide tracking frequency, adaptive various types of transducers. No need to adjust frequency when changing molds/hone/probe/sonotrode when working.

2) Build an embedded processing sysIntem with a high-performance DSP as the core component, collect and process information in real time and efficiently, and perform related operations correctly. At the same time, it has strong scalability and can adapt to large-scale industrial applications.

3) Three Intelligent protection systems and fault alarm prompts: High mold current protection, frequency offset protection, large total output protection. 4) It has three protection functions of transducer failure, overheating and load over current.
