Choose a 1MM enlarged and thickened straight edge basin, abandoning the traditional eye wash basin design. The straight edge basin has a deeper body and more water storage, making it less prone to overflow during actual use. 

Hand push handle

304 stainless steel, 100 * 90 * 9.5mm (length * width * thickness), manufactured by stamping four plates (concave plate, flat plate, V-shaped side plate, U-shaped side plate) through molds. The U-shaped side plate has no sharp angles.

Eyewash Dust Proof 

Made of soft rubber material, safer for eye washing and prevents secondary injury; Fixed dust cover, can be closed after eye washing to prevent loss, clean and hygienic. (Avoid situations where chain type movable dust covers are easily lost)

Adjustable Flow Device

Adjust the water flow rate at any time, effectively avoiding situations such as unstable water pressure, so that the two eye wash nozzles can cross and embrace at a height of 203mm, and the flow rate meets the international standard requirements of 16-18L/min (please confirm that the on-site water pressure reaches 0.25mpa).

Rinse basin

Φ260 * 0.6mm (diameter * thickness),304 stainless steel, the curvature of the basin is tangent by two smooth curves of R250 and R39, allowing the flushing water to spread along the inner wall of the basin at a height of 1524mm from the ground, achieving a coverage range of Φ 508mm, fully meeting the requirements of the American standard for the flushing range of eye washers.

Rotating showerhead for showering (patent design ZL 2019 2 0159256.5):

Steel pipe (for flushing equipment)                                     

The flushing horizontal pipe is made of SS304 polished steel pipe with more than 8 nickel contents, and the wall thickness of the pipe is 3mm according to the national standard.

Steel pipe (for eyewash)

630 * 1.2 * 3mm (length * diameter * wall thickness) for the water supply pipeline of the entire shower and eye wash system

Ball valve               

Both the upper and lower parts are equipped with two-piece ball valves, which are superior to one-piece ball valves. The aperture is large and can meet the American standard for flushing flow of eye washers. The requirements for flushing ≥ 75.7L/min and eye washing ≥ 11.4L/min require effective and rapid flushing.

Pull rod

Eye wash filter screen

304 stainless steel+PP double-layer high-density filter screen,

Filter fine particles and disperse the water flow to form bubbles. Gently rinse the eyes to avoid secondary damage caused by impurities and strong water flow.

Eye wash Assembly

Eye wash water supply and return piping system (wastewater return piping from the inlet and eye wash basin).

The four-way, three-way, and assembly elbows are all one-time molded by molds, with smooth surfaces, strong compression resistance, and long service life. The weight of the material is 3KG.

90 degree bend pipe

Connect the water inlet valve. A 2mm thick 304 seamless steel pipe is bent using professional bending equipment and positioning molds, with a bending radius of R30, which will not cause pipe bursting due to weather and water pressure changes.

Other parameters

1. Shower: Pull down the pull rod and spray water from the spray basin within 1 second.
2. Eye wash: Push open the handle and spray the aerosol eye wash water within 1 second. The water outlet height and angle are designed according to the proportion of the person's face, and the eye wash flow rate is ≥ 11.4L/min. The on-site water pressure needs to reach 0.25-0.4MPA.
3. Eye wash filter screen: high-density PP+double-layer filter screen, can filter impurities in water, and the sprayed water is in the form of mist. It is gentle when held together.
