Description:
1. PE Plastic pipe can produce many kinds of pipe production line, such as PPR Cool Hot water pipe, PE/PP/PE-RT/PEX pipe, silicon core pipe, this production line can use single extruder to produce single color pipe, also can use extruders through co-extruder to produce multi-layer colorful pipe.
2. The main features of pe pipe machinery: Special design screw, ensure high and stable output . The die can get low melt pressure, low plasticization temperature, and has wide process range . Tractor belt has high wear resistance, the tractor is long service life.
3. Working flow
Mixer→ Vacuum feeding →Material dry → Single screw extruder →Marking line extruder(co-extrusion)→Vacuum calibration spraying cooling tank → Spraying cooling tank→ Color-ribbon printer → Haul-off machine →Cutter→Stacker
