Description of PE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Machine:
1. Mainly using PVC or PE as the main raw material, the line is used to produce single or double-wall corrugated pipe. This product has the features of light weight, high corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and cold and not resistance. It is widely used in such fields of communications, electric wire & cable laying and agricultural irrigation, etc.
2. Features
2.1. The machine mainly uses PVC PP PE as raw material to produce small diameter double wall corrugated pipe;
2.2. Through the corresponding die once moldings, and the internal and external smooth evenly;
2.3. Cable threading pipe, washing machine drain pipe, vacuum tubes, ventilation drain pipe;
2.4. Meticulously researched Φ 4-Φ 6.7mm with small diameter car line corrugated pipe fills up the domestic blank;
2.5. Adopt PLC control and simple operation.
2.6. Use stainless steel which type is 304.
2.7. The center height can be adjusted.
