1. PP-R, PE Cold/Hot Water Pipe Production Line is mainly used to produce pipes of various diameters and thickness, which are used in various fields such as water supply system, industrial water conveying system, compressed air transportation, etc. During the developing history, the PP-R pipe is the latest product, has the advantages of low prices, innocuity, non-corrosion, high temperature resistance and convenient to operate, etc.

This production line is developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the international advanced technology, the important parts of screw and die head are specially designed according to the properties of PP-R material. The electrical control uses frequency control, all the main electric parts are imported famous brand products; the total production line has the advantages of high output, stable quality, small deviation of the products, etc.
Description:
1) Main machine uses PE high efficiency screw, and notch feeder with powerful water cover cooler, which has greatly improved transmitting capability and ensured extruding. DC running electric machine with British speed adjuster
2) Applied for the basket-shaped composite electric head for processing Polythene, which not only ensures the stability of high efficiency extruding, but also achieves the minimum stress and highest pipe quality brought by low melting temperature
3) Adopting high efficiency double-cavity vacuum calibrating technology and spray-paint cooler gullet, which improve the finished product passing rate, and meet the requirements of high speed manufacturing. Vacuum calibrating platform and cooler gullet are all made of stainless steel
4) Adopting multi-track traction, through the central motor to run all the tracks to reach same height, and ensure roundness of pipes
5) Adopting fully automatic control system with high precision, reliable operation, easy and convenient handling
