This line is a new type of pipe production line for PE , pp other polyolefin pipe extrusion speed , all models with advanced PLC modular intelligent control system , in order to realize the whole production line automation and real-time data recording and closed-loop control , the production line has some high yield , wide adaptation of raw materials , suatained and stable production of high quality productions such as columns a bit .
Specifications:
1. The series extruders with appropriate die- mould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermplastic espeical PVC power into pipe,plate,sheet,film,and also provide functionof modifying and pelleting.
2. The extruders are derived by A.C motor with a thruster to steepless regulate.It is also equipped with the over-load protectionand stoppage alarming system.The screw's core and outside of barrel is cooled by circulation od oil,it includes cacuumventing and forced feeding.
