1. This line applied to wood-plastic profiled products for PE, PP and PVC, mainly apply to pallet, packagin plate, floor, and out door decorating material, widely application. Wood powder and plant fiber addition volume very high(max can be reached to 50-70%). equipment with hig flexibility to processing material such as PP, PE, ABS, PS at one time.
2. It's used to produce PVC profiles with different shape and size forfor UPVC window, door etc, such as casement series UPVC profile, sliding series UPVC profile.
3. Production flow of PVC window door profile:
Material batching mixing_extruding_molding_vacuum calibrating and cooling_hauling_cutting- final PVC profiles
