Description:
1. PE / PP / PPR Pipe Extrusion Machine/ppr pipe extusion line is mainly used to produce pipe material whose raw material is mainly PP-R resin. It is also suitable for producing pipe materials of PP, PPB, PPC, and PEresin.
2. Raw material+master batches →mixing → vacuum feeding→material dryness → single screw extruder → color string extruder → spiral mould → calibrator → spray vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank →spray-code printer → belt haul-off → no-dust cutter → pipe rack → finished product inspecting&packing
3. Diameter: 16~160mm

4. it can also be equipped with length-measuring and thickness increasing instruments . this line is characterized of reliable performance and high production efficiency . anti-noise spiral pipe and foam core pipe production lines are also available according to customers requirement.

Extruder specially designed high efficient for PPR&PPB pipes ,equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise,adding material sect with cooling unit and sense reversing spiral grooved,different isometry and undulant screw which allows great output,lower melting temp,and lower energy consumption. .Mould&die coextrusion spiral die assures that melting ,pressure and flux are uniformity,surface of pipe is lubricity.
