Description:
1.Unique in design, the production line is equipped with BM separate high efficient barrier screw, featuring high automation, easy operation, continuous production and reliability. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , oridinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes
2. PE Pipe Production Line can produced many kinds of plastic pipes, such as PPR cool and hot water pipe The product line is available single extruder production monochrome tube, also can use many sets of extruder through the multi-layer co-extrusion head production color tube.
3. Efficient special screw, ensure high yield and stable extrusion. Blue type die can obtain low melt pressure, and low plasticizing temperature, and has a wide processing range. Tractor treads high resistance to wear, traction stability, long service life. Ensure a chipless cutting machine cutting surface smooth level off, high precision, low noise.
4. The structurer of PE pipe production line is special , fully automatic , easy to opearte , stable output , The production of plastic pipe production line pipe has a moderate rigidity and strength, and has good flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and good thermal performance, has become a city gas pipeline and service pipe product of choice for outdoor.

extrusion machine adopt strong transport liner and high efficient screw, another small extruder for extrusion line.
