Machine Description
The PPR Pipe Extrusion Line/HDPE Pipe Processing Machine/PE Pipe Tube Manufacturing Machine can be used for HDPE large diameter gas and PPR water pipes, with excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength,environmental stress cracking resistance, creep resistance, hot link, etc. Therefore, the HDPE PE Silicon Core Pipe Making Machine is the preferred gas and water pipe for the pipeline system between the city and the suburbs, and the large-diameter HDPE pipe line began to play a very important role in the urban water supply and gas supply system.
1.Distributed spiral composite extrusion die-head ensures the melting pressure and flux even and stable, the surface of pipe smooth and glossy.
2.Vacuum calibration and spray water cooling tank made of stainless steel ensures precise calibration and fast cooling.
3.Adopts multi claws haul-off unit, speed adjusted by frequency inverter.
4.Equipped with planetary cutter. Be able to cut large diameter and thick wall pipe.
5.Equipped with pipe-making line.
6.Small diameter use winding machine. Large dimaeter pipe used stacker.
Packing & Shipping
1.For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
2.For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
3.We can shipping the goods by air or by sea
4.We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
5.We can send cargo to client’s warehouse to loading
