The GYD980 Series Explosion Proof LED Light is designed for hazardous environments where safety and durability are critical. With a robust stainless steel housing, tempered glass globe, and silicon rubber gasket, this high-performance light ensures reliable operation in Zone 2, Zone 21, and Zone 22 areas. It delivers instant, crisp white light (5500K-5700K, CRI ≥80) with high efficiency (125-130 LPW) and low power consumption.
Certified by ATEX, CE, CNEx, and RoHS, this fixture is ideal for oil & gas, chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and wastewater treatment. Its IP66-rated enclosure resists dust, water, and corrosion, making it suitable for harsh industrial applications.
The GYD980 LED light uses advanced thermal management to isolate the LED module from the driver, reducing heat buildup and extending lifespan. The high-efficiency LED chips and >0.95 PF driver ensure stable performance under 100-277V AC input. The 120° beam angle provides wide, uniform illumination, while the explosion-proof design prevents ignition in flammable atmospheres.
