Description of products:
Roschen group limited is the professional drilling equipment, drilling tools manufacturer. Our major products are drill rods and casing. They are AU(Q), RAU(Q) ,PHD, NW, HW series. The drill rod is made of AS4130 the high quality alloy steel. All the raw material is 100% tested to ensure uniform concentricity, straightness and strengths. The special heat treatment process is used to provide about 140% material strength. Roschen series products provide high performance, strength and quality assurance for wireline coring, enjoying wide application.

We have successively put into operation the international advanced intelligent production lines,it has two intelligent production lines with an annual output of more than 150,000 drill rods.
In the future,there will be 8 intelligent production lines in the second and third phases with an annual output of more than 600,000 drill rods.
Our core productivity is supported by America Inductotherm heat treatment equipment and MAZAK CNC machine tools, Siemens control system. We will achieve our goal of the overall production intelligence in our factory in next 3 years which will be the standard equipment of Roschen.

A1: Our factory is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, it takes only about 2 hours driving from Shanghai.
