Material selection and supply chain management
The two-stage telescopic arm of the excavator is made of BS700 or Q690D material, which is lighter in overall weight and has a lower load capacity on the main engine. The material of the inner and outer cylinders is Baosteel 700 material, and the material of the excavator bucket and other positions is Q355B. The external design of the arm tube is maintained in a dedicated position, fully realizing the replacement of the telescopic oil cylinder without dismantling the arm.
Production process and quality control
1. The two-stage telescopic arm plate is made of high-strength plate, which is lightweight and durable, and has low excavator load. 2. The double slider design of the telescopic oil cylinder reduces the vibration of the oil cylinder, while providing support for the oil cylinder and reducing the failure rate of the oil cylinder. 3. The hose design of the bucket cylinder adopts a double-layer sleeve, making it easy to replace the hose. 4. After welding, a double-sided large floor boring machine is used for precision boring, with higher accuracy, ensuring the concentricity of the telescopic arm during operation and extending its service life.
