This sealing kit employs a multi-layered, dynamic-static combined sealing system:
  • Main Seal (Dynamic Seal): Double-lip oil seal with inner lip preventing gear oil leakage and outer lip blocking external dust and water intrusion
  • O-ring/Rectangular Ring (Static Seal): Seals mating surfaces between stationary components to prevent oil leakage from static gaps
  • Dust Cover/Metal Housing: Provides support and protection for the oil seal while guiding external debris away from the main seal lip
The multi-layered structure creates a complete system that maintains effective sealing even under harsh operating conditions including high pressure, mud, and impact.
