We offer different kinds of material for our products, such as conductive PP/PPE, zinc coating steel and aluminium alloy, to store and logistic PCB, electronic components. They are equipped with ESD protection on SMT, SMD and semiconductor industry.
Our systems do not subject to accidental change in width, as all moving parts are wear-resistant. The partition is often made out of assembled plastic parts which provides a better dimensional stability when under strong temperature variations.
Each system is meant for the storage of around 50 pcs PCB, and has a surface resistance within 103-109Ω.
Herzesd magazines rack has been designed to meet the standard dimensions most often used in automated lines. The construction is robust, made from injection molded with metal reinforcing at the top and bottom. Furthermore, it is fitted with a standardized plate that fits most popular brands on the market.
