Testing of the pipes-
The testing of the API 5L X46 PSL 1/2 Pipes that we have manufactured at our manufacturing plant is mandatorily conducted. The testing is done for the assurance of the quality of pipes only. Few tests that we perform are positive material identification test, pitting resistance test, bend test, macro test, micro test, flattening test, flaring test, intergranular corrosion test, bend test, ultrasonic test, hydrostatic test, radiography test, etc.
Inspection-
We are compulsorily welcoming the inspection at our manufacturing unit to examine the entire manufacturing process. The inspection is done for checking whether the manufacturing guidelines are followed or not at the time of pipes development. Also, it is done for making sure about whether offered ranges of pipes are exceeding or are conforming to the national and international product quality standards. Inspection is only performed by the legally certified third party inspection agency team that is skilled and knowledgeable and based upon a few set norms or parameters.
Documenting of the pipes-
We are providing the documents of the manufactured ranges of pipes to the clientele to assure buyers about its quality and purity. Heat treatment chart, quality assurance plan, mill test certifications as per En 10204/3.1b, 100% radiography test report, buyers report, raw material test report, packaging list, guarantee letter, etc are the documents that we provide to our buyers.
