The TWN-P grippers feature high precision, permanent lubrication, and multi-tooth straight groove guidance.
● The compact design is ideal for short strokes and heavy loads
● Load is distributed across more surfaces to reduce contact stress
● Lubricant spreads more quickly and uniformly
● Maintains high motion rigidity and accuracy over long periods
● Multi-tooth guide structure with oil storage prolongs service life
● Maximum allowable finger length increased by 50%
2. Multiple sensor and pneumatic interfaces are available for the TWN-P grippers.
Gripping force maintenance-AS/IS
TWN-P grippers can be configured with gripping force maintenance, upgraded to TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring acts as a holding accumulator to maintain minimum clamping force during pressure loss.
