The TWN grippers utilize high precision, permanent lubrication, and a multi-tooth, straight groove guidance system.
● Compact structure ideal for short strokes and heavy loads
● Load distribution across a larger surface area minimizes contact stress
● Grease is distributed more quickly and evenly
● Ensures long-term motion rigidity and accuracy
● The oil storage structure in the multi-tooth guide increases service life
The TWN grippers feature a variety of sensor and pneumatic interfaces.
Gripping Force Maintenance - AS/IS
The TWN grippers can be equipped with a gripping force maintenance system, available in TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring is used as the holding accumulator, ensuring a minimum clamping force during pressure drops.
Dust-Resistant Version
The TWN grippers can be upgraded to a dust-resistant version, expanding to TWN-SD, with an IP64 rating.
High-Temperature Version
The TWN grippers can be upgraded to a high-temperature version, expanding to TWN-P-HT, increasing the temperature tolerance range from 5/90°C in the standard version to 5/130°C.
