Sae Flywheel Coupling is used for flexible transmission and has strong correction ability in axial, radial and angular directions. The material cooperation of the steel bushing and the nylon flange ensures that the friction between the contact surfaces of the teeth is very small in continuous transmission, and no maintenance is required.
Sae Flywheel Coupling's nylon composite (crystal structure) has a smooth, hard exterior, high thermal stability, and is corrosion-resistant by lubricants, fuels, hydraulic oils, solvents, etc. It is an ideal material for the production of couplings. Metal parts will wear each other when they move against each other without lubrication, while smooth nylon and steel will not wear without lubrication and maintenance.
