ST 300 Pneumatic Borewell Machine Features:

6. A hydraulic pipe screwing machine (75-168mm) can be optionally installed to improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs.
The main causes of drill pipe fracture are:
1, The bending moment of drill pipe is too large in the process of reaming and pipe pulling back;
2, The reasons for the excessive bending moment are as follows: first, the actual curve of the guide hole deviates greatly from the theoretical curve; Second, the hole after reaming is irregular, which makes the pipe form an included angle with the reamer and the drill pipe axis.
Operating Instructions:
During the working process of water well drilling rig, the pump is used for reverse circulation operation. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the circulating fluid flows from the sedimentation tank to the bottom of the well through the return ditch along the annular gap of the well. At this time, the rotary table drives the drill pipe to drive the drill bit to rotate for drilling.
